Ingredients
- 20 cherry tomatoes, whole
- 20 small mozzarella balls
- 15 slices salami
- 10 green olives, pitted
- 10 red olives, pitted
- 3 oz pepper jack cheese, cubed
- 3 oz garlic cheddar cheese, cubed
- 10 cocktail pickles
- Fresh rosemary
- Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Skewer the tomatoes and mozzarella balls on long toothpicks. On half the skewers, add red olives, pepper jack cheese, and a cocktail pickle. On the other half, add green olives, garlic cheddar, and a salami slice.
Arrange around a ramekin of Toby’s Ranch dressing & Dip on a circular platter or serving board. Tuck in remaining salami and sprigs of rosemary. Serve and enjoy!
