Ingredients
- 1 Large sourdough loaf, cubed 1 inch
- ½ cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp. Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a large pan, combine cubed sourdough and oil. Toss and let the oil fully soak and saturate the bread. Add in garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper, then toss again.
Place the bread in the oven and bake for 5 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with a simple salad made with baby arugula, avocado, and tomato. Add some croutons and drizzle with Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip. Enjoy your Homemade Sourdough Croutons!
