Ingredients
- 3 Russet potatoes, wedged
- ¼ cup Toby’s Honey Mustard Dressing & Dip
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Cooking spray
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. In a large bowl, combine potato wedges, Toby’s Honey Mustard Dressing & Dip, and olive oil. Toss until evenly coated. Add garlic powder, salt & pepper, and parmesan cheese. Toss again adding more parmesan as needed to evenly coat.
Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and add in potato wedges. Cook at 400 F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until wedges are golden brown and slightly charred.
Serve with a ramekin of more Honey Mustard Dressing and enjoy!
