Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, sliced,
- 3/4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all of the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Prick each of the potatoes with a fork and wrap them up tightly in some tinfoil. Place the wrapped potatoes on a baking pan and bake them for 55 minutes or until they become fork tender. Remove the potatoes from the oven, unwrap, and let cool.
Cut slits into each potato lengthwise and carefully remove some potato from the center using a spoon, set aside. Add in the butter, the sour cream, the green onions, cheddar cheese, and bacon. Season with some salt and pepper to taste. Place the removed potato on top and sprinkle with more cheese. Place the potatoes unwrapped back in the oven for 5 more minutes. Remove from the oven.
Drizzle over each potato with Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip, more green onion, and bacon. Serve and enjoy your Loaded Baked Potato!
