Ingredients
- 6oz ground beef
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 cup baby arugula
- Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
- 2 slices Colby jack cheese
- 2 strips cooked bacon, quartered
- 6 pickle medallions
- 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat oven to 375 F. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, worchestire sauce, and salt & pepper. Mix until fully incorporated. Roll out six 1in balls of ground beef and smash them to half an inch thick evenly apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until fully cooked through.
On a serving platter, make a thin layer of arugula and place a ramekin of Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip at the center.
Skewer tomatoes, pickles, bacon, Colby jack cheese, and the mini burger patties on skewers. Arrange on a platter, serve, and enjoy your Mini Cheeseburger Bites!
