Pepperoni Pizza Bread with Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip

- 1 loaf french bread
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- 10 oz. pepperoni, sliced
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip, to serve
Gather all of the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the french bread loaf in half lengthwise and then sprinkle over each half with a thin layer of mozzarella cheese. Place the loaves on a baking pan or sheet and bake them for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Spread the tomato sauce over each half of the bread and sprinkle over with the rest of the mozzarella. Arrange the pepperonis and bake the bread in the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese has become fully melted and the bread is lightly browned.
Sprinkle with some fresh parsley, some parmesan cheese, and grind some fresh black pepper on each of the loaves. Slice up the pizza bread and drizzle over with or dip it in Toby’s Jalapeno Ranch Dressing & Dip. Serve and enjoy your Pepperoni Pizza Bread!
