Ingredients
- 2 Slices artisan bread
- ½ cup Colby jack cheddar, shredded
- ½ cup Toby’s Jalapeño Dip & Spread
- ½ cup Canned tuna, we used Safe Catch
- ¼ cup Celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise or Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- ½ tsp salt & pepper, to taste
- Fresh curly parsley, garnish
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Heat the panini press to 375 F and spray with cooking oil.
Meanwhile, Mix Tuna (we used Safe Catch), celery, mayonnaise, mustard, and salt & pepper, until fully incorporated.
Add bread to the press and top each slice with shredded cheese. Add a layer of Toby’s Jalapeño Dip & Spread to one slice and to it with the tuna mixture. Cover with the second slice, cheese face down, and gently cover with the press. Let cook for 10 minutes until the bread is golden brown and cheese is fully melted. Serve and enjoy your Protein Packed Tuna Melt!
