Pumpkin Pie Smoothie with PNW Apple Juice

- 1/2 cup Genesis PNW Apple Juice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup yogurt, vanilla or plain
- 1-2 tbsp. cashew butter, can sub for any nut butter
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg, ginger, allspice or a pumpkin pie spice blend
Are you ready for a creamy, dreamy smoothie that’s made with simple and wholesome ingredients, but tastes like your favorite indulgent dessert? Look no further! To begin preparing your pumpkin pie smoothie, gather all of the ingredients.
First, add the yogurt and banana to a high speed blender and blend them together until smooth. next add the cashew butter or other nut butter, milk and vanilla extract. Blend again until smooth.
Next add in your cinnamon, then add your other spices – nutmeg, ginger, and allspice or you can use a pumpkin pie spice blend. Blend it all together again until it becomes entirely smooth and creamy.
Pour your smoothie in one or pour two glasses to share. Top it all off with some whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Ad a whole cinnamon stick to garnish and enjoy your pumpkin pie smoothie!
