- 1 Chicken breast
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 Small sourdough loaves, halved
- 4 tbsp Pesto
- 1 Large mozzarella cheese ball, sliced
- 1 Roma tomato, sliced
- 4 tbsp Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
Gather all ingredients. Place a greased skillet over medium high heat. Combine thyme, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl and mix. Coat Chicken breast in a thin layer of cornstarch and rub with seasonings. Cook chicken in the skillet for 7 minutes on each side until fully cooked through. Set aside and let cool.
Plate bottom half of each loaf and top with pesto, mozzarella, and tomato. Slice chicken and top each sandwich. Drizzle over with Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip and place top halves of loaves.
