Ingredients
- 5 large jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and emptied
- ¼ cup Cream cheese
- ⅓ cup Toby’s Probiotic Ranch Dressing & Dip
- ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ tsp Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the air fryer to 450 F. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Toby’s Probiotic Ranch Dressing & Dip, mozzarella cheese, salt & pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until fully combined.
Spoon cream cheese ranch mixture into each jalapeño half, top with panko bread crumbs (optionally mixed with parmesan cheese), and arrange in a greased air fryer basket.
Cook at 390 F for 15 minutes until crispy golden brown.
Serve with a ramekin of more probiotic ranch and enjoy your Ranch Jalapeño Poppers!
