Ingredients
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices artisan bread, toasted
- Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to broil. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and arrange tomato halves face down. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 5 minutes until blistered.
Arrange toasted bread on a serving board and generously spread each with Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread. Top with blistered tomatoes and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Garnish with basil, serve, and enjoy your Roasted Tomato Crostini!
