8 pieces sourdough bread
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Italian seasoning see recipe below
Salt and pepper to taste
Italian seasoning
1 tsp basil dried
1 tsp oregano dried
1 tsp thyme dried
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Cut sourdough bread slices into 2” cubes. Heat butter in a medium sized pan on the stove on medium heat. Once butter melts, add bread cubes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir regularly for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat when croutons are lightly browned.
