- 10 oz Yellow corn nacho chips
- ½ cup Cheddar jack cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Black beans
- ¼ cup Yellow corn
- ¼ cup Tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup Red onion, chopped
- 1 Jalapeno, sliced
- 2 tbsp Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread
- Cilantro, garnish
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a baking pan, add nachos and top with cheese. Add the black beans, corn, onions, and tomatoes. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is fully melted.
Top with jalapenos, a generous scoop of Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread, and garnish with cilantro. Serve & enjoy!
