Ingredients
- 15 oz Premade pizza dough
- 4 Mozzarella sticks, halved lengthwise
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ¼ cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1½ cups Italian blend cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Cherry tomatoes, sliced
- ¼ cup Artichoke hearts, chopped
- ¼ cup Spinach, chopped
- Toby’s Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
- Fresh Oregano, chopped
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 425 F or as the package instructs. Roll out dough on a parchment lined baking sheet. Line the mozzarella stick halves along the edge of the dough, then roll and pinch into place, then brush the crust with olive oil.
In a small bowl, combine and mix alfredo and minced garlic. Spread the center of the pizza evenly with the garlic alfredo mixture. Sprinkle over with Italian blend cheese and top with cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and spinach.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown. Drizzle and dip with Toby’s Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip and garnish with fresh oregano. Serve and enjoy your Spinach Artichoke Flatbread!
