Ingredients
- 5 Mini peppers
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 large Carrots
- Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Carefully cut the ghost silhouettes out of carrot and cucumber slices, using a metal straw to punch out the eyes and mouth. Cut remaining veggies into sticks. Then, cut out spooky faces in the mini peppers. Save the scraps!
In a seasonal dish, arrange jack-o-peppers, cucumber and carrot sticks, and veggie ghosts. Fill in a pocket with Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip, or serve in a ramekin on the side. Sprinkle platter with saved scraps for fun veg-fetti! Enjoy your Spooky Snack Plate!
