Ingredients
- 8 oz Salmon filet, chopped
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 cup Rice, cooked
- ½ cup Edamame, steamed
- ½ cup Cucumber, sliced
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- Toby’s Yogurt Ranch Dressing & Dip
- Chives
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Combine sriracha, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a small bowl and mix well. Add salmon to sauce and coat evenly.
Cook in skillet for 10 minutes, tossing frequently until lightly browned and cooked through.
In two bowls, divide rice, edamame, cucumber, avocado, and salmon. Drizzle over with Toby’s Yogurt Ranch Dressing & Dip and more sriracha.
Garnish with chives and sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy your Sriracha Ranch Salmon Bowl!
