Ingredients
Cauli bites
- 2 cup Large cauliflower florets
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Gochujang chili paste
- ¼ cup Toby’s Probiotic Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
- ½ cup flour
Sauce & sides
- 1 tbsp Gochujang chili paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cups short grain white rice, cooked
- 1 cup roasted bell peppers
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
- Fresh green onion, sliced
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. In a large bowl, combine egg, sesame oil, milk, soy sauce, gochujang paste, and Toby’s Probiotic Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip. Mix well until fully combined. Slowly add in flour while mixing. Add more flour or milk for desired consistency.
Add in Cauliflower and toss until fully coated. Add to the greased airfryer basket and cook for 12 minutes at 375 F until golden brown, shaking halfway through.
Meanwhile, mix your sauce by combining gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Add to a bowl with the cauliflower bites and gently toss.
Plate a bed of rice on two dishes and top with cauliflower bites. Add a side of roasted peppers and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Drizzle cauliflower with Toby’s Probiotic Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip and top with green onions. Serve and enjoy your Sticky Gochujang Cauliflower!
