Ingredients
Smoothie
- ⅓ cup Frozen Strawberries
- ⅓ cup Frozen Blue Berries
- ⅓ cup Frozen Raspberries
- ½ cup coconut milk (almond milk works too)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- Ice (as needed)
- ½ cup Genesis Organic Strawberry Apple Juice
Toppings
- ¼ cup Fresh Blackberries
- ¼ cup Fresh Blueberries
- ¼ cup Granola
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
Optional / Alternative Toppings
- Honey
- Nuts
- Yogurt covered raisins
- Coconut shavings
- Mint
Instructions
Gather all of the ingredients. Using a 16oz or larger blender, add in the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Then pour in the coconut milk and blend until smooth. Add in the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and Genesis Organic Strawberry Apple Juice and blend again until smooth. Add in ice as needed to thicken up the mixture – you want a thick smoothie you can eat with a spoon not a drink!
Spoon the smoothie into two small bowls then add your toppings. We chose to add fresh fruit, granola, and chia seeds yum! Feel free to add your own favorites like honey, nuts, yogurt covered raisins, coconut shavings, mint, and more. Serve and enjoy your Summer Berries Smoothie Bowl!
