Three Bean Plant Based Protein Salad

- 1 cup Toby’s Dip & Spread
- 3/4 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 3/4 cup kidney beans
- 3/4 cup black beans
- 1 cup corn, fresh or canned works
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup mini peppers, sliced
- 1 avocado, cubed
- Handful of cilantro, chopped
Gather all ingredients. Optional to heat beans, corn, and peppers in a pan before assembling.
Mix 3 types of beans and Toby’s Dip & Spread in a bowl to evenly coat the beans.
Add corn, cherry tomatoes, mini peppers, and toss.
Top with avocado, cilantro, and a dollop of Toby’s. Enjoy!
