Plant Based Lettuce Cups with Jalapeño Dip & Spread

- 1/2 cup Toby’s Jalapeño Dip & Spread
- 4-6 large pieces of lettuce, we used butter
- 1/2 cup plant based meat, crumbled
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 radish, chopped
- 1/2 cup corn
- Handful of cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup plant based cheese
- 1 lime, sliced
Gather all ingredients. Wash and dry lettuce.
Cook vegan meat crumbles according to packaging. Remove from heat.
Add meat crumbles to each lettuce leaf. Top with veggies. Add dollops of Toby’s and sprinkle with cheese.
Squeeze with fresh lime juice. Enjoy!
