Ingredients
- 8 slices salami
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup colby jack cheese, cubed
- ½ cup crackers of choice
- ¼ cup cranberries
- ½ cup mozzarella balls, small
- Fresh thyme
- Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip
- Toby’s Jalapeño Plant Based Dip & Spread
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Use straws or chopsticks to wrap salami and pepperoni roses. In an emptied heart shaped chocolate box, arrange salami and pepperoni roses first. Fill in the space around the roses with strawberries, raspberries, colby jack cheese, crackers, cranberries, and mozzarella balls. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve with a ramekin of Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip and Toby’s Jalapeño Plant Based Dip & Spread. Enjoy!
