- 2 Pita bread
- 4 tbsp Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread
- ¼ cup baby spinach
- ¼ cup english cucumber, sliced
- 3 radishes, sliced
- ¼ cup carrots, shredded
- 2 tbsp Roasted pine nuts
- 2 tbsp Feta cheese crumble
Gather all ingredients. Warm up pita bread using a toaster oven, skillet, or burner, then cut out a pocket. Alternatively, you can use premade pita pocket bread often found in the deli or bakery section of the grocery store.
Add Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread to the pita interior and stuff with spinach, cucumber, radishes, carrots, pine nuts, and feta cheese. Serve and enjoy your Veggie Pita Pockets!
