Ingredients
- Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
- Celery sticks
- 1-2 Bell peppers, sliced
- 4 Snap peas
- 6 Carrot sticks
- 6 Cucumber slices
- 2 small Cauliflower florets
- 1 Olive, sliced
- 1 Medium portabella, sliced
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. On a medium serving board, place a ramekin of Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip at the top for the head. Arrange carrot sticks for the spine, arms, and shins. Use mushrooms for shoulders and pelvis. Celery for the collar bone, thighs, and smaller slices for the spine, hands, elbows, and knees. Snap peas for the forearms and calves. Bell pepper slices for the rib cage. Cauliflower for the feet. Lastly, create the face using sliced olives and arrange cucumber slices for extra veggies. Serve and enjoy your Veggie Skeleton Board!
