Ingredients
- 4 cups Frozen peas
- ½ cup Radishes, sliced
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 3 Boiled eggs, chopped
- ¼ cup Bacon, cooked & crumbled
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Toby’s Yogurt Ranch Dressing & Dip
- Fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Place peas in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer and let cook for 10 minutes or as package instructions describe. Strain and set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, in a large serving bowl, combine radishes, cubed cheddar, chopped boiled egg, bacon crumble, red onion, and slowly mix in Toby’s Yogurt Ranch Dressing & Dip to desired amount. Add the now cooled peas and dill and toss until evenly combined.
