Ingredients
Club Style
- 2 flour tortillas, 8”
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
- ¼ cup cup Baby spinach, destemmed
- 2 slices mild cheddar cheese
- 4 Deli roasted turkey slices
- 4 Roasted ham slices
- ¼ cup Cherry tomatoes, sliced
Italian Style
- 2 flour tortillas, 8”
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
- ¼ cup cup Baby spinach, destemmed
- 2 slices white cheddar cheese
- 4 slices Genoa Salami
- 6 slices Pepperoni
- ¼ cup Cherry tomatoes, sliced
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip. Mix until smooth.
Lay out two tortillas. Divide and spread the cream cheese mixture 1 inch from the edge of each. Arrange a layer of spinach then add two slices of cheese on each down the center lengthwise. Add the meat, layering it down the center, then do the same with the cherry tomatoes. Roll each, using an extra tortilla to compensate for the thickness.
Slice each wrap into five 1” cuts, using toothpicks to measure out the space and hold them together. Optionally, add a cherry tomato on the deli turkey style rolls to differentiate easily.
Arrange the spirals on a serving dish. Serve and enjoy your Turkey Club & Italian Style Pinwheels!
