Ingredients
- 2 cups white rice, cooked
- ½ cup carrots, shredded
- ½ cup cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 Jalapeño, sliced
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sesame seeds
- Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. In two bowls, arrange a bed of rice. Add carrots, cucumber, radishes, and jalapeño slices on top. Add a dollop of Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread to each. Garnish with shallots and sesame seeds, then drizzle with soy sauce. Serve and enjoy your Banh Mi Rice Bowl!
