Ingredients
- 28 oz Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Favorite grill seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp Salt & pepper, to taste
- 4 Brioche buns
- Olive oil cooking spray
- 4 Butter lettuce leaves
- 4 Mozzarella or swiss cheese slices
- 1 large Tomato, sliced
- 1 small Red onion sliced
- 1 Dill pickle, sliced
- Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Heat a greased griddle or skillet to medium high heat or 350 F and preheat the oven to 275 F.
In a mixing bowl, add ground beef, garlic powder, grill seasoning mix, and worcestershire sauce. Mix well until fully combined.
Gently roll ground beef into four 7 oz patties and cook for 5 minutes on each side until charred and cooked to preference, during the last minute of cooking add a slice of cheese on each. Meanwhile, spray brioche buns with cooking spray and toast on a lined baking sheet for 5 minutes until golden.
Plate buns and top with lettuce, burger patties, tomato, red onion, and pickles. Spoon with a generous dollop of Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip and add top bun. Serve with a size of fries and enjoy your Blue Cheese Cheeseburger!
