Ingredients
- 25 oz Premade puff pastry
- 8 tbsp Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip
- 10 Heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh basil, sliced
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 F. On a parchment lined baking sheet, arrange 2 x 3” cutouts of puff pastry and frame each with another layer, brush with water to seal, and refrigerate for a few minutes if dough gets sticky to the touch. Spread a spoon of Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip on the center of each and arrange tomato halves flat face up.
Bake for 15 minutes until the dough is golden and flaky.
Plate and sprinkle with fresh basil. Serve with a ramekin of more Jalapeño Ranch and enjoy your Heirloom Tomato Tarts!
