Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Lay out the flatbread on a baking sheet and drizzle 2 tablespoons of Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip and spread out with a butter knife. Sprinkle over with mozzarella, red onion, and buffalo chicken mix.
Bake the flatbread for 8 minutes until the cheese has fully melted and lightly browned. Remove and let cool for a few minutes.
