- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp Salt & pepper, to taste
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Cumin
- 2 Avocados, sliced
- Cooking spray
- 1 Lime, quartered
- Cilantro, garnish
- Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
Gather all ingredients. Add flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in 3 separate bowls. Season the breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin then toss. Coat each slice of avocado in flour, then egg, and finally, breadcrumbs.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and line the fries evenly apart, then spray the fries. It may take two batches to cook all the fries. Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 4 minutes, flip them and cook for another 3 minutes until golden brown. Use a paper towel to soak any excess oil.
Plate the fries and garnish with fresh squeezed lime juice and cilantro. Serve with a ramekin of Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip, enjoy your Air Fryer Avocado Fries!
