Ingredients
- ½ cup cooked chicken, shredded
- ⅓ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 24 wonton wrappers
- ½ colby jack cheese, shredded
- 4 tbsp blue cheese crumbles
- 4 tbsp green onion, sliced
- Blue cheese Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip, buffalo sauce, and salt & pepper. Mix until fully combined.
Spray a 3 x 4 muffin tin with cooking spray, arrange the wontons wrappers, so each cup has two layers cross aligned to create 8 pointed ends. Sprinkle over with colby jack cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the ends of the wontons are golden brown.
Plate, and finish with buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumble, and green onions. Serve with a ramekin of ranch and Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip. Serve and enjoy!
