Chicken Pita Wraps with Feta Cheese Dressing

- 1 1/2 lb. chicken tenders
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 pieces pita flatbread
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles, optional
- 1/2 cup Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
To begin preparing your Chicken Pita Wraps, gather all of the ingredients. Heat up the oven or grill to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, add in the chicken tenders and olive oil together. Then add in the spices and mix it to coat everything evenly.
Place the chicken tenders directly on the grill or place them evenly apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Grill or bake the chicken tenders until they are cooked through and have an internal temperature that reaches 165 degrees F.
To assemble your pita wraps, spread a teaspoon of Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing on each pita flatbread. Add the spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced onion on the pita bread. Next, add the finished chicken tenders as well.
Finish it off with a hearty drizzle of Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing and a sprinkle of crumbled feta cheese. Enjoy your Chicken Pita Wraps!
