To begin preparing your Cranberry Lemon Drop Cocktail, gather all ingredients. Divide Genesis Cranberry Lemonade between two glasses. Add 1/2-1 oz fresh lemon juice to each glass.
Combine 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. water in a small saucepan over medium heat until sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to boil.
Remove from heat immediately and stir in 1/2 a cup of fresh cranberries. Stir and allow cranberries to soak in the sugar syrup for 5 minutes or so.
Remove cranberries from saucepan using a slotted spoon and spread onto a sheet of parchment paper or cooling rack. Separate them as much as possible.
Allow cranberries to dry for 5-10 minutes, then toss into a small bowl filled with sugar of choice. We used organic cane sugar. Toss or stir until all cranberries are coated.
Let sugared cranberries dry at room temperature at least 1 hour or refrigerate until ready to use.
Add sugared cranberries to your favorite drinks and enjoy!
