- 1 package baby spinach, 9oz
- 2 Bartlett pears, cored and sliced
- ¾ cup pomegranate seeds
- 3 oz. feta cheese, or your favorite crumbled cheese
- ⅔ cup pecans

To begin preparing your Winter Spinach Salad, gather all of the ingredients together. Start by placing the baby spinach in a large bowl or you can use a large serving platter.
To prep your toppings, start by coring and thinly slicing the Bartlett pears. If you are using whole pomegranate chop and seed it. Next, top your platter or bowl with the freshly sliced pears, the crumbled feta cheese, pomegranate seeds, and whole pecans. Dried cranberries would also be a delicious addition to this salad.
