Gather all ingredients. On a large plate or serving platter, arrange cucumber thin skin and arugula for the flower stems. Place celery along the bottom for grass. Use thinly sliced tomatoes, carrot sticks, and radish for petals. Use tomatoes and cheese cutouts for flower centers, then arrange the remaining ingredients throughout the rest of the plate.
