Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Arugula
- 1 cup Celery, chopped
- 6 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 5 Carrot sticks, halved lengthwise
- 1 Radish, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Cheddar cheese slices, sliced and cutouts
- Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
- Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip.
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. On a large plate or serving platter, arrange cucumber thin skin and arugula for the flower stems. Place celery along the bottom for grass. Use thinly sliced tomatoes, carrot sticks, and radish for petals. Use tomatoes and cheese cutouts for flower centers, then arrange the remaining ingredients throughout the rest of the plate.
Serve with a ramekin of Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip and Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip. Enjoy your Flower Snack Board!
