Instructions
To begin preparing your Fried Chicken Sandwich with Honey Mustard, gather all of the ingredients. Add the chicken thighs and buttermilk to a large bowl. Optional to let marinade, covered, in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Heat around 1 inch of oil in a large pot or dutch oven to 350 degrees F.
In another dish, combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and dip each piece in the flour mixture until fully coated.
Fry each piece of chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Place the cooked chicken on a towel or paper towel to cool.
Assemble the sandwiches by adding a piece of fried chicken to each bottom bun. Then add pickles, lettuce, and finish off your Fried Chicken Sandwich with a heavy pour of Toby’s Honey Mustard Dressing & Dip. Finally, add the top bun. Enjoy!
