Fried Pickle Spears with Ranch Dressing & Dip

- 16 oz jar pickle spears, or slices
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- Cooking spray
- Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. Add flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs to three separate bowls. Add water to the eggs, mix well and add the garlic powder to the breadcrumbs. Dry pickles with a paper towel and coat in flour. Dip and fully cover with egg mixture then coat with breadcrumbs, careful to not let excess egg get in the breadcrumb bowl.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange pickles. Spray over the pickles and cook for 5 minutes. Flip pickles and cook for another 5 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving with a ramekin of Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip. Enjoy your Fried Pickle Spears!
