Ingredients
- 34 oz. Greek yogurt, we used vanilla
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries, diced
- 1/2 cup granola, crumbled
- Genesis Organic Strawberry Lemonade
Instructions
Gather all of the ingredients. Pour the bottle of Genesis Organic Strawberry Lemonade into a medium saucepan and heat to medium high heat. Reduce the lemonade for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly until it has a syrup consistency. Set aside.
In a shallow baking pan, line with wax paper. Spoon in the yogurt and spread out evenly. Smooth the yogurt out on top using a spatula or spoon. Use the reduced lemonade syrup and slowly drizzle over the yogurt evenly. Using a toothpick, create a marble pattern with the lemonade syrup in yogurt.
Top the yogurt with the fresh blueberries and strawberries, then sprinkle on the granola. Cover the baking pan with plastic wrap or tin foil and put it into the freezer. Let the yogurt set for at least 4 hours, or for best results leave overnight. Remove the yogurt and use a spatula to cut it into 2-3 inch pieces.
Serve immediately and enjoy your Frozen Yogurt Bark!
