Gather all of the ingredients. Prep your favorite Iced tea, use your favorite premade iced tea, or use the following instructions for best results. Using green tea for best results, add the tea bags or strainer capsule with dried tea leaves to a medium pitcher. Pour about 4 cups of hot water into the pitcher and let sit for 1-2 minutes. Add about 2 tbs of honey, or to your desired sweetness. Remove the used tea and let the pitcher cool for 10 minutes, then place it in the fridge to chill. Tip: Add some ice to speed up cooling.
Meanwhile, cut the lemon in half and cut two thin slices and slice out a small wedge of each. Quarter the remaining lemon and set aside.
Remove the now chilled iced tea from the fridge. Add some ice and 4 lemon quarters to each champagne flute. Fill the two champagne flutes 1/3 of the way with Genesis Organic Ginger Lemonade, then fill the rest with the iced tea. Add a sprig of fresh mint to garnish.
