The perfect finger food for your next gathering or event. Cucumber cups, fresh jalapeño, sprigs of dill, and handcrafted plant based dip all tied together in one delicious bite! To begin preparing, gather all of the ingredients. Wash and partially peel the cucumber leaving a few strips of skin on. Chop up the cucumber into 1 inch pieces. This should make between 8-10 pieces. Then, for each slice, scoop out ½ inch deep holes using a spoon. Pour out any excess liquid and set the cucumber cups aside. More liquid may form over time.
Next, wash and thinly slice the jalapeño and set aside.
Pour out any remaining liquid in the cucumber cups, then plate them all evenly apart from each other on a medium platter. Fill up each of the cups with about a tablespoon of Toby’s Jalapeño Dip & Spread and garnish each cup with a thin slice of jalapeño and a small sprig of dill.
