To begin preparing your wraps, gather all of the ingredients. Chop up the romaine lettuce hearts and put them in a large bowl. Then add chickpeas, chopped cucumber, shopped radish, halved tomatoes, and olives of choice into the same bowl. Pour in Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip to taste and toss to coat everything evenly. Add in the chives, dill, and feta crumbles, then toss the mixture again until it is well mixed.
Lay out a tortilla on a plate or cutting board and spoon the salad mix on to the center of the tortilla, leaving about an inch or two of space from the edges. Wrap up the tortilla tightly like a burrito and slice it in the middle. Serve and enjoy or take your Greek Salad Wrap on the go!
