Grilled Pineapple Beyond Burgers with Jalapeño Dip
- Toby’s Jalapeño Plant Based Dip & Spread, for topping
- 2 Beyond Meat burger patties, or your favorite burger
- 2 burger buns, we used Dave’s Killer Bread
- Lettuce of choice
- Onion, sliced
- Mushroom, sliced
- Pineapple, sliced
- Avocado, sliced
- Tomato, sliced
- Ketchup, optional
- Mustard, optional
Gather all ingredients. Cook Beyond Meat burgers according to package instructions.
Sauté or grill the sliced onion, pineapple, and mushroom until crispy.
Add burgers and all toppings to the bun, finishing with a large dollop of Toby’s Jalapeño Dip.
Serve with fresh fruit. Enjoy!
