- Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
- Toby’s Jalapeño Plant Based Dip & Spread
- ½ cup snack pretzels
- 8 crackers
- 8 small slices cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup baby carrots
- ½ cup celery sticks
- ½ cup cucumber sticks
- 6 green grapes
- 6 strawberries
- ½ a banana, sliced
- 6 marshmallows
- 1 red bell pepper
- 16 small mozzarella balls
- 6 black olives, halved
Gather all ingredients. On a serving board, place a ramekin of Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip and a ramekin of Toby’s Jalapeño Plant Based Dip & Spread in opposite corners. Arrange the pretzels, carrots, cucumbers, and celery on the board. Next, fan out the cheese and crackers around the ramekin of the Ranch.
To make the santa fruit caps, slide a marshmallow, strawberry, banana slice, and a green grape on a toothpick in that order.
To make the little snowman, slide an olive half, one mozzarella ball, two slivers of bell pepper, and two more mozzarella balls on a toothpick in that order. Arrange both on the board.
Using a large piece of the bell pepper and several toothpicks, decorate it with the remaining mozzarella balls to make a santa hat. Place the hat above the ramekin of Plant Based Dip.
Finally, use olives and remaining veggies to make smiley faces in the ramekins.
