- 2 salmon filets
- 1 tbsp. Toby’s Honey Mustard Dressing & Dip, more to serve
- ½ tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 cup asparagus, chopped
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F, or the air fryer to 400 F. Place filets face down in a greased baking pan or air fryer basket, not touching. Brush the filets with Toby’s Honey Mustard Dressing & Dip and cook for 10 minutes until the coating caramelizes.
Meanwhile, heat a skillet with the cooking oil over medium heat. Season with salt & pepper to taste, and cook the asparagus for 5 minutes until vibrant green and tender.
Plat the fish and asparagus, drizzle over the fish filets with some more Honey Mustard, serve, and enjoy!
