Ingredients
- Toby’s Ranch, for dipping
- 20 chicken wings, we used fresh ‘party’ wings
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Carrots, for serving
- Celery, for serving
Hot Sauce
- 1 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot, or hot sauce of choice
- 1/3 cup butter
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. We prepared these in an air fryer, but you can bake them if preferred. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Remove wings from packaging and pat dry. Add wings to a large bowl and toss with cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Place wings in the air fryer and spray with oil. Cook for ~12 minutes and then flip. Cook for another 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
While wings are cooking, make your hot sauce mixture. Melt butter and mix with Frank’s Red Hot.
When wings are finished cooking, place them in a large bowl. Pour hot sauce mixture over wings. Toss until every wing is evenly coated. Serve with fresh veggies and Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip. Enjoy!
