Ingredients
- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. chives, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
Instructions
To begin preparing Jalapeño Poppers with Ranch, gather all of the ingredients. Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
In preparation to slice the jalapeños, put on gloves to prevent the juice from getting on your hands. Slice each of the jalapeños in half lengthwise. Use a small spoon to scoop out the seeds in the center.
In a small bowl, mix in the cream cheese, garlic powder, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped chives.
In a separate small bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs and melted butter and mix them together. Fill the jalapeño centers with the cream cheese mixture and top them off with the bread crumb mix. Next, place the filled jalapeños on a baking pan and cook them for about 20 minutes, or until they are a light golden brown. Let your jalapeño poppers cool down for about 5 minutes before serving.
Enjoy your Jalapeño Poppers with Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip!
