Ingredients
- 14 oz Premade flatbread dough
- ¼ cup pesto
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup baby arugula
- ¼ cup red olives, sliced
- ¼ cup, cherry tomatoes, sliced
- ¼ cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip
- 2 tbsp feta cheese crumble
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 450 F. Roll out dough on a parchment lined baking sheet. Roll edges about ¼ to form crust then spread over with pesto.
Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese and baby arugula then add red olives, cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, red onion, and drizzle Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip. Finish off with the feta cheese crumble and bake for 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
Slice and serve with an extra drizzle of Feta Cheese Dressing and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
