Ingredients
- 16 Stonefire naan dippers
- 16 tbsp Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup Cucumber, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cherry tomato, quartered
- Fresh curly parsley, chopped
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Toast Stonefire naan dippers in a toaster oven for 5 minutes until golden brown and warmed.
Meanwhile, combine olive oil, cucumber, red onion, and cherry tomato. Mix until well combined.
Arrange dippers on a serving dish or board and spread a tbsp of Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread on each. Top with a small scoop of veggie mixture and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy your Naan Dippers with Toby’s!
