- 2-3 tbsp. Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread
- 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 1/4 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 avocado, sliced

To begin preparing your Plant Based Breakfast Sandwich, gather all of the ingredients. Start by using a peeler to thinly slice your carrots into ribbons lengthwise, then slice up both your avocado and the tomato. If you are using an english muffin for your breakfast sandwich, slice your english muffin in half. It is also optional to toast your bread.
To assemble this yummy breakfast sandwich, generously slather Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread on one of the sliced halves of the english muffin or your bread of choice.
