Ingredients
- 2 tsp Flakey Seasoned Salt of choice
- 4 Russet potatoes, wedged
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1tbps unsalted butter
- Green onions, diced
- Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all of the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Grease a large baking sheet, then evenly spread out the potato wedges and sprinkle over the potatoes with your seasoned salt of choice. Drizzle over the potatoes with the olive oil and toss them until they are evenly coated. Place small bits of butter evenly throughout the baking pan then put the baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes until fork tender and golden brown, flip the potato wedges halfway through. Or you can just pop your potatoes in the air fryer at 400 F for 12-15 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let your potatoes cool for about 10 minutes. Once they’ve cooled, sprinkle over the potato wedges with the chopped green onion and serve them in a paper lined bowl to absorb any excess moisture.
